- This program is an independently-driven program. Your coach will spend about a week with you formulating your program so that it is tailored to fit your needs and goals.
- Once the program is delivered, it is up to you to follow it diligently and complete your weekly log.
- You will have access to your trainer throughout the entire program; however, your trainer only completes one check-in after the 5th week in preparation for the 2nd phase.
